Primary Responsibilities

Monthly Start Budget & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute aggressive monthly outreach plans to pipeline new partner leads and convert relationships into active funding commitments.
  • Forecast monthly revenue generation, track progress toward funding targets, and present performance metrics to the Campus President.
  • Structure partnership models, co-funding opportunities, and service agreements to ensure steady monthly financial and student flow into the department.

Agency & Strategic Partnership Development

  • Build, cultivate, and sustain long-term relationships with local, regional, and state agencies, non-profits, and community groups.
  • Identify high-value organizational alignment opportunities to launch co-branded initiatives, expand community impact, and open new funding streams.
  • Lead negotiations for Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), contracts, and service agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and financial commitments from partner agencies.
  • Represent the organization at strategic coalitions, public forums, and industry roundtables to position the organization as a premier community partner.

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Direct community-based listening sessions, workshops, and informational campaigns to establish community trust and identify unmet needs.
  • Serve as the primary community liaison, ensuring equity, accessibility, and cultural alignment across all partner-driven programs.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms (e.g., partner surveys, community scorecards) to measure relationship health and service effectiveness.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain a rigorous pipeline management system to track prospect interactions, contract status, and target start dates.
  • Deliver monthly executive dashboards summarizing start goal budget achievements, partnership growth, and active pipeline prospects.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, billing setup, and start-up operations for newly secured agency partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 6–8+ years of progressive experience in business development, community relations, fundraising, or agency partnership management.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding aggressive recurring financial goals, revenue targets, or monthly startup quotas.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
