Das Berger Bildungsinstitut ist ein bundesweit agierender Bildungsträger aus Kassel. Wir bieten eine große Auswahl an beruflichen Weiterbildungen in verschiedensten Bereichen sowie Umschulungen nach AZAV in über 100 Standorten an. Speziell in Digitalen Lernformen unterstützen wir unsere Kunden mit abschließender Vermittlung in den Arbeitsmarkt.

Wir entwickeln für einen Kunden ein Online-Theoriemodul zur Vorbereitung auf die Hochvolt-Qualifizierung nach DGUV Information 209-093. Zielgruppe der Schulung sind Produktionsbeschäftigte mit technischer Ausbildung, aber ohne elektrotechnischen Schwerpunkt. Hierfür suchen wir aktuell einen Dozenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption oder Anpassung eines Curriculums über ca. 70 Unterrichtseinheiten an die Anforderungen des Kunden
  • Grundlagenthemen: Spannung/Strom/Widerstand, Schaltungen, Messtechnik, elektrische Gefährdungen, Schutzmaßnahmen, Rechtsrahmen
  • Aufbereitung der Schulungsmaterialien
  • Durchführung von Live-Sessions mit tutorieller Betreuung
  • Lernerfolgskontrollen inkl. Bewertungsschlüssel Durchführungsrahmen: Wir werden in einem Rahmenvertrag vom Kunden abgerufen. Er verfügt über bis zu 300 Mitarbeiter, die potenziell geschult werden müssen. Diese werden in Kleingruppengröße mit 12-20 Mitarbeitern pro Durchgang geschult. Jede Schulung ist auf 2 Wochen und somit 70-80 Unterrichtseinheiten ausgelegt. Um sicherzugehen, dass Ihnen keine Scheinselbstständigkeit vorgeworfen werden kann und um eventuelle Ausfälle wegen Krankheit oder Urlaub abdecken zu können, würden wir die Durchführungen auf zwei Dozenten aufteilen.

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation (z.B. Elektrotechnikermeister oder staatl. gepr. Elektrotechniker)
  • Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Lehrmaterialien, nicht nur in der Durchführung
  • Routine mit LMS und Online-Schulungen
  • Die AEVO-Ausbildereignung oder eine vergleichbare didaktische Qualifikation wäre wünschenswert, ist aber keine Voraussetzung
