Begleite junge Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die Schweiz und gestalte unseren wichtigsten jährlichen Netzwerkanlass mit

educationsuisse ist der Dachverband der 16 vom Bund anerkannten Schweizerschulen im Ausland. Als zentrale Drehscheibe vernetzen wir die Schulen untereinander und mit dem Schweizer Bildungsumfeld. Zudem beraten und unterstützen wir junge Auslandschweizer:innen sowie Absolvent:innen von Schweizerschulen im Ausland auf ihrem Weg zu einer Ausbildung in der Schweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Geschäftsstelle in Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung von jungen Auslandschweizer:innen und Schüler:innen der Schweizerschulen im Ausland und deren Familien rund um das Thema «Ausbildung in der Schweiz»
  • Unterstützung bei kantonalen Stipendienanträgen und Gesuchen an private Stiftungen
  • Vertretung von educationsuisse an Informationsveranstaltungen und weiteren Anlässen
  • Verfassen von zielgruppengerechten Informationen und Beiträgen
  • Mitorganisation und operative Koordination der jährlichen Schweizerschulenkonferenz
  • Planung der Veranstaltungslogistik von Räumlichkeiten und Übernachtungen bis zu Verpflegung und externen Dienstleistenden
  • Koordination des Teilnehmendenmanagements und Begleitung der Konferenz vor Ort

Das bringst du mit

  • Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Bildung, Beratung, Administration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude am Kontakt mit jungen Menschen sowie Interesse an Bildungsfragen und internationalen Lebenswegen
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei zahlreichen Beteiligten, Terminen und organisatorischen Details den Überblick zu behalten
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch (C1) sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Sehr gute organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und in einem kleinen Team pragmatisch mitanzupacken
