Om tjÀnsten

Som timvikarie i vÄrt kök blir du en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten. VÄrt kök tillagar mÄltider till bÄde förskolebarn och gymnasieelever, vilket innebÀr ett varierande arbete dÀr samarbete, effektivitet och god planering Àr viktigt.

Du arbetar tillsammans med vÄr kock och hjÀlper till med matförberedelser, servering, disk och kökets dagliga rutiner. Vid behov behöver du kunna ta egna initiativ och arbeta sjÀlvstÀndigt utifrÄn givna instruktioner.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Förbereda frukost, lunch och mellanmĂ„l.
  • HjĂ€lpa till med enklare matlagning och förberedelser.
  • SkĂ€ra grönsaker och förbereda sallader och tillbehör.
  • Portionera och packa mat för leverans.
  • Hantera specialkost och allergier enligt kökets rutiner.
  • Diska, rengöra och hĂ„lla ordning i köket.
  • Ta emot och packa upp livsmedelsleveranser.
  • Följa rutiner för livsmedelshygien och egenkontroll.
  • Bidra till att minska matsvinnet.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet av arbete i kök, gĂ€rna storkök, restaurang eller skolkök.
  • Har kunskap om livsmedelshygien och sĂ€ker livsmedelshantering.
  • Är flexibel och har möjlighet att arbeta med kort varsel.
  • Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och pĂ„litlig.
  • Kan arbeta effektivt Ă€ven under stressiga perioder.
  • Har lĂ€tt för att samarbeta och ett positivt bemötande.
  • Kan arbeta sjĂ€lvstĂ€ndigt och ta egna initiativ.
  • Har tillrĂ€ckligt goda kunskaper i svenska för att förstĂ„ instruktioner, allergiinformation och hygienrutiner.

Erfarenhet av specialkost och arbete med större matvolymer Àr meriterande.
