Vi söker nu en noggrann, serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad skoladministratör på 80 %.

Hos oss är du en viktig del av skolans vardag. Du blir en central person för elever, vårdnadshavare, lärare, skolledning och andra samarbetspartners. Vi söker dig som gillar struktur, människor och att få saker att hända – och som dessutom har ett intresse för digitala verktyg och enklare IT-frågor.

Du har många kontaktytor, både internt och externt, och fungerar ofta som första kontaktperson för elever, vårdnadshavare och andra samarbetspartners. I huvudsak kommer du arbeta med administration kopplad till skolans undervisningsorganisation och elevadministration. Du kommer att vara den som kvalitetssäkrar uppgifter kopplade till timplaner, undervisningsgrupper, betygshantering och elevadministration. Du hanterar bland annat studieplaner, elevuppgifter, intyg och är skolans kontaktperson gentemot CSN. Arbetet omfattar även administration av skolans digitala system och lärplattform Progress, hantering av läromedelslicenser samt andra beställningar.

En del av tjänsten – enklare IT-samordning

Vi ser gärna att du har ett intresse för IT och digitala verktyg. Du behöver inte vara IT-tekniker – däremot behöver du vara nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och trygg i att hjälpa andra med enklare IT-frågor och hantera felanmälningar till serviceavdelningen.
