L'école à distance EFM Formations recrute un Assistant administratif H/F pour accompagner le développement de sa formation ACACED.

Au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine, vous serez un interlocuteur privilégié des élèves et des futurs inscrits, avec une mission mêlant gestion administrative, relation client et accompagnement.

🎯 Vos missions

Vous assurez le suivi administratif des parcours ACACED :

  • Mettre à jour et suivre les dossiers des élèves
  • Vérifier les éléments nécessaires aux inscriptions et aux sessions d’examen
  • Assurer le suivi des documents et préparer les attestations de fin de formation
  • Rédiger les documents et comptes rendus nécessaires au suivi

Vous participez également au développement de l’activité ACACED :

  • Répondre aux demandes d’information par téléphone et par écrit
  • Présenter la formation et conseiller les futurs élèves
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes, des inscriptions et les relances
  • Contribuer au remplissage des sessions
  • Identifier les besoins des futurs élèves et leur apporter une réponse adaptée

👤 Profil et compétences recherchés

Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et réactif, avec un excellent sens du relationnel.

À l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, vous appréciez le contact avec différents publics et savez faire preuve d’écoute, de pédagogie et de sens du service.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et numériques et savez gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle avec autonomie.

Une première expérience dans l’administratif, la relation client ou la formation est souhaitée. La connaissance de la plateforme CPF/EDOF serait un plus.
