Als Management Trainee bij EEG Medical in Sint-Truiden leer je onze organisatie van binnenuit kennen, van engineering en projectuitvoering tot logistiek en teammanagement. Je werkt mee aan technische projecten voor medische gassen en medische apparatuur, krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen te realiseren en groeit in verantwoordelijkheid. Met de ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s bereid je je voor op een toekomstige rol als Business Unit Manager.

Geen dag hetzelfde bij EEG. In dit groeitraject krijg je de kans om door te groeien binnen onze organisatie en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere uitbouw van onze activiteiten.

Tijdens jouw groeitraject verdiep je je in vier domeinen:

Logistiek en kwaliteit: Je krijgt inzicht in onze logistieke processen, van voorraadbeheer tot kwaliteitscontrole, en werkt mee aan verbeteringen.

Engineering: Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van projecten voor medische gasinstallaties, van technische dossiers en offertes tot kostprijsberekeningen.

Projectuitvoering: Je ondersteunt onze projectleiders bij de planning, organisatie en opvolging van projecten, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, budget en timing.

Projectmanagement: Je groeit naar een leidinggevende rol waarin je projectleiders aanstuurt en waakt over een vlotte uitvoering en oplevering.

Doorheen het traject denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen EEG Medical. Zo bouw je de kennis en ervaring op om op termijn door te groeien naar Business Unit Manager en mee richting te geven aan onze vestiging.

Wie ben jij:

Je bent ambitieus, analytisch sterk en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en krijgt energie van samenwerken.

• Je hebt een masterdiploma en minstens een eerste werkervaring op zak.

• Je hebt de ambitie om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende functie.

• Ervaring met een ERP-systeem zoals Odoo is een troef.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duits is een pluspunt.
