Purpose Plan, coordinate, and manage facilities projects, including maintenance, renovation, expansion, and capital improvement projects at EFCO's corporate headquarters, manufacturing facilities, and other domestic and international locations. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; coordinate the work of internal teams, contractors, and vendors; and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Essential Functions Strategic Project Leadership and Execution (35%) Manage assigned facilities projects from initiation through closeout within established scope, timeline, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations. Monitor progress, evaluate risks, and implement corrective actions, escalating significant scope, schedule, or budget issues. Coordinate with plant operations, safety, and other internal stakeholders to align project work with operational needs and minimize disruption to production. Support larger capital projects by completing assigned workstreams.   Capital Planning, Design, and Technical Oversight (20%) Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and capital expenditure request documentation for review and approval. Track project spending against budget, review project invoices, and report variances. Prepare and update facility layouts, technical drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Inventor, and review contractor drawings and submittals for accuracy. Evaluate design alternatives and recommend options that improve facility functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.   Vendor, Contractor, and Resource Management (15%) Solicit and evaluate bids and quotes from architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and service providers, and make selection recommendations. Support negotiation of project-related services. Coordinate contractor schedules, site access, and on-site work; monitor contractor performance, work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to contract specifications. Resolve day-to-day vendor issues and escalate contract or performance concerns as needed.   Project Communication and Reporting (10%) Communicate project status, priorities, schedules, budget performance, risks, and outcomes to the Facilities Leadership, stakeholders, and site leadership. Lead project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up to resolve open issues.   Facilities Operations and Maintenance Oversight (10%) Support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and improvement of EFCO facilities, grounds, utilities, infrastructure, and building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Troubleshoot facility issues and coordinate repairs with internal maintenance teams and outside service providers. Identify preventive maintenance improvements, operational efficiencies, and facility upgrade opportunities and develop them into project recommendations.   Security, Compliance, and Safety Management (10%) Ensure assigned projects and contractor work comply with applicable building codes, permitting requirements, environmental regulations, company policies, and EFCO safety standards, including contractor safety requirements. Support building security systems and access controls. Participate in site inspections and address safety or compliance concerns promptly. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all facilities and project activities.   Additional duties may be assigned to meet organizational goals and priorities. Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity, may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.   Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of experience managing or coordinating facility, construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination. Experience supporting facility operations and building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility infrastructure. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Certification(s) and License(s): Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or other applicable project management, facilities, or construction-related certification preferred. Other Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with Inventor preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management and scheduling software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Working knowledge of project budgeting and cost tracking. Ability to coordinate project teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
