Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Audiovisual para fortalecer a comunicação da Efizi e aproximar nossos clientes das soluções que oferecemos. Você será responsável por manter o padrão audiovisual da empresa, ampliando nossa capacidade de alcançar os públicos decisores de compra do nosso setor, utilizando inteligência artificial, automações e novas tecnologias para otimizar processos e potencializar resultados.

O QUE É ESSENCIAL PARA NÓS

  • Vivência comprovada em captação audiovisual e produção de vídeos
  • Conhecimento prático na operação de câmeras profissionais, equipamentos de iluminação e captação de áudio
  • Proficiência em ferramentas de edição (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)
  • Bagagem em enquadramento, composição, direção de fotografia e linguagem audiovisual
  • Uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial tanto na etapa de planejamento (pré-produção) quanto na edição (pós-produção)
  • Perfil colaborativo, com flexibilidade e proatividade para trabalhar em equipe
  • Portfólio atualizado com exemplos de trabalhos audiovisuais
  • Postura proativa, criativa e ágil
  • Sensibilidade para ritmo, storytelling e edição voltada à retenção de audiência

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Operar câmeras, equipamentos de iluminação, áudio e demais recursos técnicos das produções
  • Realizar gravações em ambientes internos e externos, com disponibilidade para viagens
  • Preparar e revisar equipamentos antes, durante e depois das gravações, garantindo seu pleno funcionamento
  • Prezar pela manutenção e limpeza dos equipamentos, mantendo sempre organizados, catalogados e limpos
  • Organizar e armazenar corretamente os arquivos brutos captados
  • Construir narrativas visuais atrativas a partir de briefings, roteiros ou materiais brutos
  • Aplicar elementos gráficos, legendas, cortes estratégicos, trilhas sonoras e efeitos que ampliem o alcance dos conteúdos
  • Adaptar os conteúdos aos formatos e boas práticas de cada plataforma (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Colaborar com os times de marketing e conteúdo na criação de ideias alinhadas à estratégia da marca
  • Editar vídeos dinâmicos para redes sociais, com foco em retenção, engajamento e performance
