About The Role

Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting opportunity to join our Academy Coaching team as a Youth Development Phase Coach on a casual basis.

The main purpose of this role is to coach Academy players and prepare sessions with a whole player development approach in mind focusing on the YDP.

This is a casual contract which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.

  • To hold an UEFA B and FA Youth Award
  • Highly organised and methodical approach to workload
  • Confidential and diplomatic
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Full driving license
  • Right to Work in the UK
