Om jobbet Som weekendafløser vil du indgå i den daglige pleje af vores beboere. Dine primære opgaver vil være at understøtte beboerne der hvor de har brug for hjælp, blandt andet med personlig pleje, måltider og aktiviteter samt at skabe en rar og tryg atmosfære for beboerne.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • At yde praktisk og personlig hjælp til beboerne
  • At bidrage til beboernes trivsel og livskvalitet
  • At samarbejde tæt med det faste personale og pårørende
  • At dokumentere i Cura

Vi søger dig, som:

  • Har interesse i at arbejde med ældre mennesker og yde omsorg
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt - men samtidig er en holdspiller
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og er ansvarsbevidst
  • Har erfaring fra ældreområdet eller lyst til at lære om det
  • Har lyst til at arbejde hver 2. eller hver 3. weekend
