Fysioterapeut til Egehøj i Bjerringbro -Vil du være med til at forme fremtidens Egehøj?

På Egehøj søger vi en engageret fysioterapeut, der ønsker at gøre en forskel for voksne mennesker med betydelige fysiske og psykiske funktionsnedsættelser.

Egehøj er i en spændende udvikling. Vi arbejder målrettet med at styrke vores faglige fundament, skabe et stærkt arbejdsfællesskab og sikre høj kvalitet i indsatsen omkring borgerne. Derfor søger vi en fysioterapeut, der har lyst til at sætte sin faglighed i spil og bidrage til fremtidens Egehøj.

Hvem er vi? Egehøj er et botilbud i Bjerringbro med plads til 22 borgere fordelt på tre huse: Albo, Nord og Syd. Aktuelt bor der 19 borgere på tilbuddet. Hos os er borgerne hjemme, og vi er gæster. Vi møder derfor altid den enkelte med respekt, værdighed og fokus på ressourcer frem for begrænsninger.

Vores faglige fundament Vi arbejder med afsæt i:

  • KRAP / KRAP Autisme
  • LA2 / LA2U
  • Neuropædagogik

Vi arbejder tværfagligt og ser den fysiske, psykiske og sociale trivsel som tæt forbundne.

Hvad indebærer din rolle? Du bliver en del af den daglige drift på Egehøj og indgår på lige fod med dine kolleger i opgaverne omkring borgerne. Beboerne modtager blandt andet støtte til:

  • Socialt samvær og fællesskaber
  • Fritidsaktiviteter og aktivitetstilbud
  • Udvikling og vedligeholdelse af færdigheder
  • Kommunikation
  • Personlig hygiejne og daglige gøremål
  • Sundhed og trivsel
  • Ledsagelse til aktiviteter og aftaler

Som fysioterapeut forventer vi samtidig, at du bidrager med særlige kompetencer inden for:

  • Bevægelse og funktionsevne
  • Forflytning og ergonomi
  • Vejledning omkring hjælpemidler
  • Vedligeholdelse af fysiske ressourcer
  • Tværfaglig sparring omkring borgernes trivsel og udvikling

Du ansættes ikke som behandlende fysioterapeut, men som en del af et specialiseret botilbud, hvor din fysioterapeutiske faglighed styrker den samlede indsats omkring borgerne.
