Gillar du struktur och ordning, men behåller lugnet när livet inte alltid går enligt plan? Tycker du att de bästa dagarna innehåller hästar? Då kanske du precis hittat rätt. Vi söker personliga assistenter till en 14-årig tjej med mycket humor, vilja och energi. Hon har autism, ADHD, PDA, Tourettes och intellektuell funktionsnedsättning (IF). Hon har även typ 1-diabetes och gastrostomi. För att vardagen ska fungera behöver hon tydlighet, förutsägbarhet och trygga personer omkring sig. Och när allt det finns på plats? Då får du lära känna en riktigt härlig tjej! Hästar är ett av hennes allra största intressen, så har du hästvana, stallvana eller helt enkelt trivs i den miljön är det ett stort plus. Om arbetet Som personlig assistent finns du med där livet händer – hemma, i skolan, i stallet och på olika aktiviteter. Du hjälper till att skapa den struktur, trygghet och den förutsägbarhet hon behöver för att vardagen ska fungera. Arbetet innefattar bland annat personlig omvårdnad, sondmatning, medicinering och diabetesvård samt stöd i kommunikation, aktiviteter och vardagliga situationer. Vi söker dig som Är kvinna i åldern 20–40 år Är trygg, tålmodig och har mycket humor och nära till skratt Gillar struktur och tydlighet, men kan också vara flexibel när dagen inte riktigt blir som planerat Behärskar svenska flytande i tal och skrift Har körkort och tillgång till bil Har hästvana, stallvana eller trivs i den miljön (meriterande)

Arbetstider Dag, kväll, natt och helg Pass 09.00–19.15 och 19.00–07.15 Även kvällspass kan förekomma

Anställning Anställningsform: Visstidsanställning så länge uppdraget varar Omfattning: Deltid, 80% + 50% Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse Lön: Individuell lönesättning
