Descrição da vaga

- Elaboração e acompanhamento do planejamento dos projetos;

- Elaboração e análise de indicadores de performance;

- Elaboração de dashboards de acompanhamento dos projetos (PowerBI);

- Coordenação de reuniões periódicas com as equipes dos projetos;

- Reunião de acompanhamento dos projetos com o cliente;

- Elaboração de atas de reunião;

- Análise dos desvios com plano de ação;

- Análise da produtividade das equipes de projeto e elaboração de histogramas;

Qualificações

Formação:

  • Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil, Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Registro ativo no CREA.

Experiência:

  • Experiência em planejamento e controle de projetos de engenharia, construção, infraestrutura ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência na elaboração e acompanhamento de cronogramas executivos.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

  • MS Project e Primavera
  • Planejamento físico-financeiro.
  • Gestão de custos e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Pacote Office avançado, com ênfase em Excel.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos.
  • Diferenciais: Conhecimento dos fluxos BIM; AWP – Advanced WorkPackage; SCRUM; Lean Construction; LPS - LastPlannerSystem.
