ABOUT THE ROLE

The GTM (Go To Market) Demand Programs team sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, fueling growth through people, process, and data. We build the outbound engine: design demand programs, engineer data-driven playbooks, and equip business development and sales reps with the signals and systems to generate pipeline with consistency and scale. We operate as one global unit, and we hold ourselves to a simple bar: deliver more efficiently through AI, smarter programs, sharper plays, and systems with feedback loops.

As a Sr. GTM Demand Programs & Analytics Manager, you will own two of the engine’s most visible levers: the playbooks that guide sellers where to build pipeline, and sales incentive programs that help efficiently achieve desired business goals. You will pair deep Salesforce and data skills with modern AI tooling to turn manual, one-off work into automated, repeatable systems. This is a senior individual-contributor role with program-owner accountability and a direct line to sales, business development, and RevOps leadership.

ROLE SUMMARY

Own the playbooks and sales incentive programs that show Egnyte’s sellers where to build pipeline. Using Salesforce, developing SQL and Tableau dashboards, and modern AI, you will turn one-off analysis into automated, repeatable systems, working alongside Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and RevOps leaders. This is a remote, senior individual-contributor role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Sales Playbooks: Primary lead supporting direct and indirect sales and business development playbooks end to end. Define the plays, build and refresh the account and contact reports and messaging behind them, and make every play easy to run and measurable against pipeline.

• Sales Incentive Programs: Own the program lifecycle. Set thresholds from historical data, build forecasts, align sales and business development leadership, track pacing and adoption in flight, coordinate payouts, and turn results into scalable insights.

• Salesforce CRM: Act as a power user in Sales Cloud: reports, campaigns, list views, and field logic that power territory planning, plays, and demand gen programs. Partner with RevOps and IT to push proven logic into production.

• Data & Analytics: Build the datasets and segmentation with SQL, Salesforce reports, and Tableau, behind plays, territory planning, and program measurement, and turn them into clear insights for the business.

• AI-first Mindset: Replace manual analysis, data hygiene, list building, and reporting with AI-driven systems that run on their own, and teach the team and field to use them.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Work together with business development, sales, leadership, RevOps, Customer & Field Marketing, and IT. Gather feedback, translate it into actionable improvements, and communicate results to executives.

• One Team, Global: Collaborate across GTM functions and with global colleagues, set priorities, share context, and help the team grow its technical craft. Travel is very limited, typically an occasional team or company event.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: Learn the playbooks, data model, and active incentive programs. Take over the refresh cycle for at least one playbook and ship your first dashboard or automation.

Within 6 months: Own playbooks and incentive programs end to end, with pipeline measurement tied to every play.

Within 12 months: Deliver measurable gains in pipeline from plays, incentive program ROI, and hours of manual work replaced by automation, with dashboards leaders rely on in business reviews.

DEMONSTRATED SKILLS

• Advanced in Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) skills: reporting, campaigns, data model, and account/contact logic.

• Proven SQL skills: complex joins, window functions, and building views and tables.

• Tableau development and management: you have built, published, and maintained dashboards leaders rely on.

• Practical experience building with modern AI: prompts, skills, agents, or workflow automation that drove meaningful outcomes.

• Experience designing or analyzing sales incentive programs and measuring their impact on behavior and pipeline.

• Strong analytical judgment: you lead with data, flag weak assumptions, and communicate findings clearly - from executive to frontline seller.

• Comfort owning programs end to end with minimal oversight, managing multiple workstreams, and meeting deadlines on a quarterly cadence.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 6+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM analytics, or demand generation in B2B SaaS, with a track record of building programs that created measurable pipeline.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with outbound and sales-tech tools focusing on sales engagement, conversation intelligence, intent & technographic data, and contact-enrichment platforms, plus LinkedIn prospecting and champion-tracking tools.

• Experience supporting sales and business development organizations, including territory planning, account prioritization, and contact acquisition.

• Experience with Apps Script, Python, or APIs for automation and integrations.

COMPENSATION

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
