Hast du Freude daran, Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten im Objektgeschäft zu übernehmen? In dieser Projektleitungsrolle trägst du massgeblich zum Erfolg der technischen Abwicklung unserer Projekte bei. Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherren, Architekten, Generalunternehmungen, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen.

Projektplanung und \-vorbereitung

* Analyse von Ausschreibungen

* Auftragsabklärungen mit Bauherren, Architekten, Generalunternehmen etc.

* Bauabklärungen und Massaufnahmen vor Ort

* Architektenpläne sowie Fensterdetails verstehen

* Erstellen von CAD\-Zeichnungen

* Erstellen von Auftragsbestätigungen und CAD\-Zeichnungen für den Kunden

* Erstellen von Projekt\- und Terminplänen

Projektabwicklung

* Terminüberwachungen

* Organisation und Überwachung von Garantiearbeiten

* Mithilfe bei der Bauabnahme

Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung

* Hauptverantwortung für die zugeteilten Projekte

* Kostenkontrolle und Nachkalkulation

* Offertstellung für Nachträge

* Ergebnisverantwortung für den termin\- und kostengerechten Projektabschluss

Persönlichkeit, die unsere Werte Miteinander, Mitgestalten und Unternehmertum im Alltag lebt

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als EFZ\- / / Konstrukteur oder eine weitere handwerkliche Ausbildung aus der Baunebenbranche

* Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten in der Fensterbranche

* Gute MS Office\-Kenntnisse

* AutoCAD\- und SAP\-Kenntnisse

* Weiterbildung im Bereich AVOR oder Technischer von Vorteil

* Belastbare Persönlichkeit

* Wortgewandte Kommunikation in der deutschen Sprache (schriftlich/mündlich), Englisch ist ein Plus

* Führerausweis Kat. B
