Responsable des projets fenêtres et portes (m/f/d) \- 80\-100%, Villeneuve

Tu aimes assumer la responsabilité de la planification, du pilotage et de la mise en oeuvre de projets de construction dans le secteur immobilier ? Dans ce rôle de responsable de projet, tu contribues de manière significative au succès de la gestion technique de nos projets. Tu fais office d'interface centrale entre les maîtres d'ouvrage, les architectes, les entreprises générales, les fournisseurs et les services internes.

Planification et préparation de projets

* Analyse des appels d'offres

* Clarification des commandes avec les maîtres d'ouvrage, les architectes, les entrepreneurs généraux, etc.

* Clarification des travaux de construction et prise de mesures sur place

* Compréhension des plans d'architecte et des détails des fenêtres

* Réalisation de dessins CAO

* Création de confirmations de commande et de dessins CAO pour le client

* Gestion de planning

Gestion de projet

* Suivi des délais

* Organisation et surveillance des travaux sous garantie

* Assistance lors de la réception des travaux

Responsabilité économique

* Responsabilité principale pour les projets attribués

* Contrôle des coûts et calcul a posteriori

* Établissement d'offres pour les avenants

* Responsabilité des résultats pour la réalisation du projet dans les délais et dans le respect du budget

* Personnalité incarnant au quotidien nos valeurs de coopération, de participation et d'esprit d'entreprise

* Formation complète de menuisier / charpentier / constructeur CFC ou autre formation artisanale dans le secteur du bâtiment

* Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets dans le secteur des fenêtres

* Bonne maîtrise de MS Office

* Connaissances d'AutoCAD et de SAP

* Une formation complémentaire dans le domaine AVOR ou en tant que technico\-commercial est un atout

* Personnalité résistante

* Excellente maîtrise de la langue française (écrite/orale), la maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus

* Permis de conduire cat. B
