Dein Beitrag Zum Erfolg Des Teams

  • Empfang von Kund:innen und Gästen
  • Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellen eines erstklassigen Services sowie einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Bearbeitung von Posteingang und -ausgang sowie einfache Bürotätigkeiten
  • Anrufbearbeitung im Namen der Kund:innen
  • Organisation/ Koordination von Meetings und Veranstaltungen
  • Administrative und operative Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen
  • Bearbeitung der täglichen Kundenanfragen
  • Office-Readyness im laufenden Betrieb

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrungen in der Arbeit in Service-Bereichen, z. B. aus der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder im Büromanagement
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
  • Dein Auftreten ist gepflegt, souverän und weltoffen
  • Du hast Spaß daran im Team zu arbeiten und hast stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen
  • Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang am PC/Laptop
