Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erfassung und Kontrolle der Arbeitsstunden
  • Erfassung und Ablage von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Mahnläufen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für das Motorenwerk
  • Prüfung und Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge
  • Erstellung des Zahllaufs
  • Überwachung der Offene-Posten-Listen (OPOS) und Abstimmung mit dem Steuerbüro
  • Überwachung und Pflege der Eingabelisten
  • Meldung von Krankmeldungen an das Steuerbüro
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Bürotätigkeiten

Im Rahmen von Vertretungsaufgaben übernimmst du außerdem:

  • Vorbereitung der Projektabrechnung
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Korrespondenz mit dem Steuerbüro
  • Erinnerung von Kunden an offene Angebote
  • Überwachung und Abrechnung der Aufträge für das Motorenwerk

Darüber freuen wir uns bei Dir:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung
  • Gute und sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word und Excel
  • Eine sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Aufgaben und Abläufen
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in unterschiedliche Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und einen guten Blick für Zusammenhänge
