O Consultor de Vendas é responsável por realizar atendimento aos clientes, identificar suas necessidades, apresentar produtos e serviços, negociar condições comerciais e fechar vendas. Além disso, deve manter um bom relacionamento com os clientes, visando fidelização e satisfação. Este profissional atua de forma proativa na prospecção de novos clientes e no cumprimento de metas de vendas estabelecidas pela empresa.

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes de forma presencial, por telefone ou por meios digitais
  • Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e apresentar produtos e serviços que atendam a essas demandas
  • Negociar condições comerciais, prazos de pagamento e descontos, visando fechar vendas
  • Manter contato pós-venda com os clientes, buscando garantir sua satisfação e fidelização
  • Prospectar novos clientes por meio de ações de marketing, visitas a empresas e participação em eventos
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e realizar follow-up com os clientes em negociação
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa para aprimorar suas habilidades de vendas
  • Cumprir as metas de vendas estabelecidas, reportando resultados e propondo ações para atingir os objetivos
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre o mercado, concorrentes e tendências do segmento de atuação
  • Colaborar com a equipe de vendas e demais áreas da empresa para garantir a excelência no atendimento e na entrega de soluções aos clientes
