• Ensure positive candidate experience. Conduct verbal offers and deliver written offers to candidates.

School and University Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with target schools, career centers, faculty, and student organizations.

• Support the campus strategy: evaluating school performance, recommending priorities, track engagement, and hiring outcomes.

• Plan, staff, and attend career fairs, info sessions, and campus events (up to 25% travel), including logistics, materials, and follow-up.

• Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Internship and Rotational Programs:

• Manage and support end-to-end delivery of the Internship and Rotational programs, from planning and onboarding through mid-point check-ins, final presentations, and conversion. Serves as the program’s primary point of contact.

• Coordinate program events including calendars for intern and rotational activities, learning sessions, and executive engagement.

• Serve as a point of contact for interns, rotational associates, managers, and mentors, resolving questions and escalating issues.

Program Operations:

• Act as the backup to the TA Programs Manager and be able to lead any program workstream in their absence.

• Contribute to every program project from recruiting to operations to completion, and post-program wrap-up.

• Manage onboarding logistics, such as requisitions, offer paperwork coordination, equipment and access requests, and orientation, with partner teams.

• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports on pipeline, events, spend, and program outcomes.

• Handle program information and candidate data with confidentiality and in line with company policy.

• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
