DEIN TÄGLICHES WORKOUT

- Finanzberichterstattung: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für den EGYM Konzern nach IFRS sowie bei der Berichterstattung an den Mutterkonzern (Playlist-Holding) in den USA nach US GAAP

- Konzernbetreuung: Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Playlist-Konzernzentrale in den USA und unterstützt unsere Tochtergesellschaften sowie Fachabteilungen bei Fragestellungen im Bereich Group Accounting

- IPO Readiness: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Teilprojekte im Workstream Financial Reporting im Rahmen unseres IPO Readiness-Implementierungsprojektes

- Prozesse: Du entwickelst unsere globalen Prozesse weiter, um uns auf ein nächstes Level zu bringen

- Compliance: Du überwachst die Umsetzung unserer Richtlinien und unseres internen Kontrollsystems

- Ansprechperson: Du bist Hauptansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Berater

DEIN FITNESS LEVEL

- Berufserfahrung: Du kannst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Group Accounting eines internationalen Unternehmens oder in einer vergleichbaren Position vorweisen

- Fachwissen: Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konsolidierung sowie in der Rechnungslegung und bringst Erfahrungen mit unserem Konsolidierungstool Lucanet mit

- Bildungsweg: Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor oder Master)

- Denkweise: Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise aus

- Kommunikation: Du verfügst über ein gutes Business-Verständnis und kommunizierst präzise und zielgerichtet

- Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

DEIN TRAININGSZIEL FÜR DEINE ERSTEN 6 MONATE

- Finanzberichterstattung: Du machst Dich mit den Prozessen für die Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse vertraut und übernimmst erste Aufgaben in der Konsolidierung für den EGYM Konzern

- Konzernbetreuung: Du koordinierst erste Themen mit den Ansprechpartnern in der Playlist-Konzernzentrale in den USA

- IPO Readiness: Du erstellst in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IPO-Readiness Projektteam eine Projektplanung für erste Teilprojekte
