1. 负责行业调研选取内容主题，根据品牌需求制作活动内容并根据需求进行调整； 2. 熟悉品牌调性及各社媒渠道（Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn/Pinterest/Twitter）平台特点，输出相对应的营销文案，并能完成内容运营目标； 3. 跟踪文案推广效果，进行相应数据分析，调整文案风格，提出应对策略； 4. 参与创意讨论，进行头脑风暴，从创意文案方向支持策划，并结合产品、用户需求、节日和热点事件等，参与策划相关营销事件或品牌主题活动； 5. 负责与设计师、优化师密切沟通配合，对广告创作表现提供创意文案支持，协助撰写整合营销策划方案和执行方案相关的内容工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，外语系专业优先，有海外留学经验优先； 2. 具有英语专业四级，雅思6.5以上证书； 3. 具备较强的英文文案写作能力，掌握第二外语者（如西班牙语、德语、日语、法语、阿拉伯语等等）优先； 4. 了解海外社交媒体平台特点（如Facebook、Instagram、LinkedIn、YouTube、Twitter等等），具备数字营销或海外社媒运营工作经验者优先； 5. 认真细致，思维灵活，抗压力和执行力强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
