Position Purpose

The Administrative Coordinator, Regulatory Enrollment, Approvals & Licensure (REAL), under the direction of the SVP of REAL, assists in the administration of all REAL Department functions and supports the team in accomplishing department goals, direction, and vision. This position provides full administrative support to the SVP of REAL and collaborates with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Provides administrative support to SVP, REAL
  • Provides administrative support to Certificate of Need program.
  • Maintains document control of all files within the Department.
  • Oversees and organizes document retention system.
  • Manages communication with Executive Team and their support personnel.
  • Compiles and distributes key metric reports timely and accurately.
  • Manages monthly accrual log and P card charges within department.
  • Organizes details of meetings, equipment, catering, agendas, travel and expense reports.
  • Prepares and edits PowerPoint presentations for department leadership.
  • Routes and distributes mail.
  • Routes documents for required signatures.
  • Copies, sorts, and disseminates necessary documentation/information to the appropriate person.
  • Keeps employee information confidential.
  • Consistently monitors office inventories and anticipated needed supplies.
  • This position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred.
