• Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into the performance of marketing campaigns, sales channels, and customer cohorts.

• Mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work for analytical rigor, clarity, and business relevance.

• Transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights, clearly communicating findings through storytelling and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines that align with analytical and reporting needs.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors, product performance, and retention activity effectiveness to uncover trends and provide recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science). Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, ideally within a direct-to consumer environment.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets, build automated workflows, and conduct statistical analyses.

• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design (e.g., A/B testing), and modeling techniques, and ability to apply them to business problems.

• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel to communicate insights clearly and impactfully.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the Medicare, ACA Health, or broader health insurance industry.

• Experience with customer retention modeling, lead funnel analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive mindset for mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of business outcomes through data.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
