The EHL School of Practical Arts department is responsible for delivering hands-on training in key hospitality skills, such as culinary arts, service excellence, and guest relations. It ensures that students gain practical experience in real-world settings, preparing them to meet industry standards. The school focuses on developing both technical expertise and a strong service mindset, essential for successful careers in hospitality.

To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.

What will you do ?

  • You will teach novice students theory and practice in Pastry and in accordance with the pedagogical and EHL values.
  • You will prepare your teaching sequences in classroom.
  • You will oversee the weekly follow-up of the students.
  • You will participate in the development of the program.
  • You will contribute to the production of desserts and pastries.
  • You will manage a group of students in the workshop.

Who you are ?

  • You have a Brevet Fédéral, a BTS, a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Pastry, ideally within a Michelin‑starred establishment or equivalent.
  • You have an interest in teaching.
  • You are keen to pass on your knowledge and professional experience to students from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • You have an excellent command of French and English (min C1).
