  • Support the continued development of Eidel's space systems engineering competence

Desired Background

  • MSc or PhD in Space Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in space systems engineering, with a strong understanding of systems engineering methods and processes
  • Experience from satellite projects covering significant parts of the project lifecycle (Phase A-F), ideally within a large satellite integrator
  • Experience working with commercial and/or institutional customers such as ESA, NASA, or similar organizations
  • Familiarity with the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook is an advantage
  • Leadership experience as a technical lead, system lead, project manager, or team lead is an advantage
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Personal Qualities We Look For

  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
  • Ability to assess complex technical challenges and make sound technical decisions
  • Motivated to build expertise, share knowledge and contribute to team growth
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to build trust and influence across multidisciplinary teams
  • Self-driven, structured, and adaptable

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
