La FINMA est chargée de la surveillance du marché financier suisse. Elle protège les créanciers, les investisseurs et les assurés, et assure le bon fonctionnement des marchés financiers. Elle contribue ce faisant à améliorer la réputation, la compétitivité et la viabilité de la place financière suisse. C'est pour remplir cette mission que s'engagent chaque jour plus de 800 collaborateurs compétents et motivés.

Nous vous proposons, au sein de la division Operations, un poste de

Tâches principales

  • Accueil et premiers contacts avec les hôtes (du lundi au vendredi, de 08 h 00 à 17 h 00\)
  • Gestion aimable et compétente de la permanence téléphonique (D, F, E, év. I)
  • Co\-responsabilité d'un déroulement efficace des activités opérationnelles quotidiennes
  • Fonction de plaque tournante pour les demandes des collaborateurs
  • Garantie d'un haut niveau de service du welcome desk
  • Gestion des salles de réunion et aide à l'organisation des réunions
  • Co\-responsabilité des achats et du monitorage des prestataires de services externes
  • Soutien à des projets internes

Profil requis

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou qualification comparable
  • Expérience professionnelle solide dans le domaine de l'accueil des clients
  • Goût pour le service : aimer le contact direct avec la clientèle, avoir de bonnes manières et une attitude professionnelle
  • Utilisation sûre de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français (C2\) et de l'allemand (B2\) ou inversement, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances orales de l'anglais (B1\)
