Als Teil unseres IT Service Desk sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Fragen und Störungen. Sie erwartet ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet mit direktem Anwenderkontakt, modernen IT\-Technologien und enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen ICT\-Fachteams.

Mitarbeiter IT Service Desk (m/w/d) ===================================

Die FINMA beaufsichtigt den Schweizer Finanzmarkt. Sie schützt die Interessen der Anlegerinnen und Anleger, Gläubiger und Versicherten und trägt mit ihrer Aufsicht zur Stabilität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Finanzmarktakteure bei. Dafür engagieren sich täglich über 800 kompetente und motivierte Mitarbeitende.

Wir bieten Ihnen im Geschäftsbereich Operations eine Tätigkeit als

Hauptaufgaben

  • Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen
  • Technische Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden vor Ort, telefonisch und remote
  • Betreuung von IT\-Arbeitsplätzen, mobilen Geräten sowie Benutzer\- und Berechtigungsverwaltung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den ICT\-Fachteams sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Rollouts und Tests
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung unserer Supportprozesse und Wissensdokumentationen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Informatiklehre EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation \- auch IT\-affine Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung im IT\-Support sind willkommen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Intune
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick behält
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- oder ösischkenntnisse (C1\) sowie gute Kenntnisse (B2\) der jeweils anderen Sprache
