Die Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB ist die schweizerische Expertiseorganisation für Berufsbildung. Wir bilden Berufsbildungsverantwortliche aus und weiter, erforschen die Berufsbildung, entwickeln Berufe weiter und unterstützen die internationale Berufsbildungszusammenarbeit. Unsere Standorte befinden sich in Zollikofen bei Bern (Hauptsitz), Lausanne und Lugano, mit Aussenstandorten in Olten und Zürich.

Sie arbeiten gern präzise mit Zahlen und behalten auch bei komplexen Lohnthemen den Überblick? Für unser HR\-Team in Zollikofen suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson, die inhaltliche und sprachliche Vielfalt schätzt und mit Präzision und Weitblick in allen drei Sprachregionen für korrekte Löhne sorgt.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Sie verarbeiten selbständig und termingerecht die Löhne und Honorare der EHB.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Abrechnungen arbeitsrechtlich, sozialversicherungstechnisch und steuerrechtlich korrekt sind.
  • Sie erstellen Quellensteuer\-, Sozialversicherungs\- und Jahresdeklarationen und verantworten die Jahresabschlussarbeiten.
  • Sie erstellen Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse und stimmen diese mit der Finanzbuchhaltung ab.
  • Sie sind die kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte an allen Standorten, das HR\-Team sowie externe Stellen in sämtlichen Fragen rund um den Lohn.
  • Sie entwickeln die Payroll\-Prozesse und die Software (Abacus) weiter und stellen die Schnittstelle zur Zeiterfassung sicher.
  • Sie erstellen Statistiken, Auswertungen und Reports, arbeiten in Projekten mit und aktualisieren die HR\-Dokumentation regelmässig.

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung als Payroll\-Expert:in und/oder Sozialversicherungs\-Fachfrau/\-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Sozialversicherungs\- und Quellensteuerrecht; Erfahrung im öffentlichem Personalrecht ist von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwendung von Abacus und MS\-Office sowie Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Sorgfältige und speditive Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Lösungen zu finden und Themen im Team weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute ösisch\- oder Italienischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit unseren Standorten in Lausanne und Lugano
