**Qui sommes nous?**

La Haute école fédérale en formation professionnelle HEFP est l'organisation experte suisse pour la formation professionnelle. Nous offrons des formations et des formations continues aux responsables de la formation professionnelle, nous menons des projets de recherche sur la formation professionnelle, nous contribuons au développement des métiers et soutenons la coopération internationale en matière de formation professionnelle. Nos sites se trouvent à Zollikofen près de Berne (siège principal), Lausanne et Lugano, avec des sites externes à Olten et Zurich.

**Vos attributions**

* Planifier, coordonner et mettre en œuvre la communication externe de la HEFP, en cohérence avec la stratégie et les lignes directrices institutionnelles * Créer, rédiger et adapter des contenus pour différents canaux (site web, réseaux sociaux, newsletter, médias, etc.) et publics de la HEFP * Planifier et réaliser les mesures de communication pour les événements de la HEFP, en collaboration avec les responsables de projet et les partenaires concernés * Assurer les relations médias en particulier en Suisse romande, travail médiatique actif et réactif * Coordonner et assurer la communication interne de la Haute école sur le site de Renens

**Votre profil**

Doté-e d'un excellent relationnel, vous représentez la HEFP avec professionnalisme et aisance dans différents groupes de travail et réseaux. Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de flexibilité et d'un bon es-prit d'équipe.

Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure en communication, relations publiques, journalisme ou dans un domaine comparable, ainsi que d'une expérience professionnelle pertinente en communication institutionnelle.

Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français, des compétences en conception visuelle et connaissez bien le paysage de la formation professionnelle Suisse. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les réseaux sociaux et maîtrisez les principes de la communication numérique. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d'une autre langue nationale ainsi que l'anglais.

Votre sens de l'organisation et vos compétences en gestion de projet vous permettent de planifier et de mettre en œuvre des mesures de communication pour différents événements. Vous savez coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes et travailler efficacement avec des partenaires internes et externes.
