METAS – ou Institut fédéral de métrologie – est l’institut de référence en Suisse pour les mesures et les instruments de mesure. Pour qu’un litre fasse toujours un litre (par exemple lorsque vous faites le plein), METAS effectue des étalonnages, des évaluations de la conformité et prodigue des conseils à l’intention de l’économie, de la recherche et de l’administration. Source de confiance, notamment sur le plan social et politique, l’exactitude métrologique est indispensable dans de très nombreux domaines : circulation routière, facturation de l’électricité, dissémination du temps, mesures pour l’environnement et la santé, etc. Autant dire qu’à METAS, les disciplines se côtoient et dialoguent depuis 1862\.

Vos tâches

  • Exploiter et développer nos infrastructures informatiques Microsoft cloud et hybrides et assurer leur sécurité, leur stabilité et leur disponibilité
  • Concevoir et concrétiser des solutions modernes d’environnement de travail avec Microsoft Intune, Entra ID et autres services Microsoft 365
  • Tirer profit des nouvelles possibilités pour rendre la collaboration plus efficace au quotidien et développer les plateformes de collaboration telles que Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online et OneDrive – de concert avec l’équipe Transformation numérique
  • Optimiser les solutions existantes en les automatisant et en appliquant les normes techniques, et en assurer ainsi une exploitation fiable
  • Partager activement votre savoir\-faire avec l’équipe Informatique et technologie, assumer des responsabilités sur le plan technique et promouvoir le transfert de connaissances ainsi que l’acquisition de compétences en matière d’environnement de travail et de collaboration

Votre profil

  • Formation en informatique et au moins cinq années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, dont plusieurs années en ingénierie et en exploitation d’environnements de travail et de Microsoft Cloud
  • Connaissance pratique avérée de Microsoft 365, notamment en ce qui concerne l’exploitation et le développement de Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive et Exchange Online
  • Aisance avec Microsoft Intune, Entra ID et les environnements informatiques hybrides, et, dans l’idéal, notions de Microsoft Azure
  • Expérience dans la conception autonome et l’implémentation de solutions techniques complexes, dans l’automatisation, dans la gouvernance de Microsoft 365 et avec PowerShell
  • Autonomie, capacité d’analyse, volonté de trouver des solutions et de partager vos connaissances avec votre équipe, disposition à assurer la permanence avec vos collègues les week\-ends
