Eight Advisory est un cabinet leader sur le marché du conseil financier et opérationnel, indépendant, spécialisé en Transaction, Restructuration et Transformation d’entreprises.

Nous accompagnons les dirigeants, les actionnaires, les banques et les investisseurs potentiels dans leurs décisions.

En très forte croissance depuis notre création fin 2009, Eight Advisory compte aujourd’hui plus de 1 100 collaborateurs dont une centaine d'associés et continue de se développer. Nous sommes présents en France, Belgique, Allemagne, Royaume-Uni, Suisse, Pays-Bas, USA, Espagne, Italie ainsi que dans une trentaine d’autres villes dans le monde à travers notre réseau de cabinets indépendants "Eight International".

Depuis son ouverture fin 2021, notre bureau de Marseille poursuit son développement. Pour renforcer l’équipe, nous recrutons un analyste junior en Transaction Services.

En tant qu’analyste débutant en Transaction Services, vous participerez à des missions de due diligence financière à l’achat ou à la vente pour le compte de client Corporate ou des fonds d’investissement en France et à l’étranger.

Les analyses que vous réaliserez porteront sur la compréhension de la performance historique, la génération de trésorerie et les hypothèses retenues dans les Business Plans. Vos travaux seront toujours adaptés aux besoins de nos clients et auront pour objectif de les aider dans leurs prises de décisions.

Tout au long de votre carrière, vous serez encouragé(e) à participer au développement interne et commercial du cabinet.

Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure (Ecole de commerce, Ingénieur), vous disposez de préférence d’une première expérience de stage en audit et/ou en conseil financier.

Disponible, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez vous adapter très rapidement à des environnements multiples. Votre capacité à travailler en équipe et votre curiosité intellectuelle seront des atouts indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction. Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et la pratique de l’anglais (et idéalement d’une troisième langue) sont indispensables.
