Abteilungsleiter/in Personal 70\-80% ====================================

* Sie verantworten die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalpolitik, der Personalstrategie und der Personalprozesse im Rahmen der Vorgaben der Geschäftsleitung

* Mit Engagement und Weitsicht führen Sie die Personalprozesse innerhalb des gesamten Personal\-Life\-Cycle

* Zusammen mit ihrem Team erbringen und verantworten Sie sämtliche Serviceleistungen der HR\-Abteilung. Dazu gehören nebst der Personal\- und Lohnadministration ein dienstleistungsorientiertes HR\-Business Partnering und die Sicherstellung der beruflichen Grundbildung

* Mit Initiativen wie dem Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und einem modernen Employer Branding prägen Sie das Bild der Gemeindeverwaltung als Arbeitgeber

* Sie tragen die Budget\- und IKS\-Verantwortung innerhalb des Personalbereichs und deren Prozesse und sind Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Behörden und Amtsstellen im Personalbereich

* Nebst Ihren strategischen und führungsbezogenen Aufgaben beraten Sie als HR Business Partner Linienvorgesetzte und Geschäftsleitung in personal\- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und begleiten Projekte der Personal\- und Organisationsentwicklung

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit höherer HR\-Weiterbildung (z.B. HR\-Leiter/in, MAS Human Resources Management)
  • Ihre mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung bringen Sie aktiv ein
  • Nebst einem hohen Mass an Beratungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung nehmen Sie auch gerne selbst Projekte in Angriff
  • Sie fühlen sich in der Organisationsentwicklung, in Change\- und Transformationsprozessen wohl und treiben diese voran
  • Ihre Fähigkeit zur digitalen Prozessgestaltung, ihr analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise unterstützen Sie in ihrem Arbeitsalltag
