Haben Sie Lust, unser Standortmarketing weiterzuentwickeln und eigene Ideen mit viel Gestaltungspielraum in konkrete Projekte zu verwandeln? Per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine initiative, vernetzte und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit in der neu geschaffenen Funktion als

Fachperson Standortmarketing (50 \- 60%) ========================================

Ihre Aufgaben

* Profil schärfen: Sie positionieren Allschwil als innovativen und lebenswerten Wohn\- und Arbeitsstandort und erhöhen seine Sichtbarkeit regional, national und im Dreiländereck.

* Wirtschaft stärken: Sie pflegen den Kontakt zu Unternehmen, fördern Neuansiedlungen und entwickeln den Welcome Desk als zentrale Anlaufstelle weiter.

* Menschen vernetzen: Sie verbinden Verwaltung, Wirtschaft, Forschung, Bildung und weitere Partner und fördern den Austausch zwischen Neuzuziehenden und der bestehenden Bevölkerung.

* Ideen umsetzen: Sie entwickeln das Standortmarketing weiter und realisieren eigenständig wirkungsvolle Projekte und Massnahmen.

Ihr Profil

* Ausbildung oder fundierte Berufserfahrung in Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschafts\- oder Standortentwicklung.

* Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und Freude daran, Neues aufzubauen.

* Vernetztes Denken, ein Gespür für unterschiedliche Interessen und die Fähigkeit, Menschen zusammenzubringen.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke.

* Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute ösisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein überzeugendes Auftreten.
