Gestalten Sie die Mobilität von morgen in einer der dynamischsten Gemeinden der Schweiz.

Für unsere Plattform Mobilitätsmanagement in der Abteilung Entwickeln Planen suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Projektleiter/in Mobilitätsmanagement (50%) ============================================

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie gestalten die verkehrliche und ganzheitliche Mobilitätsentwicklung der Gemeinde Allschwil aktiv mit, insbesondere in den Entwicklungsgebieten Bachgraben und Binningerstrasse.

* Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit internen Fachstellen und externen Partnern Anreize und Angebote, um den Umstieg auf den öffentlichen Verkehr sowie den \- und Veloverkehr zu fördern

* Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit kantonalen Stellen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Verkehr und Wirtschaft.

* Sie begleiten Unternehmen und Institutionen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Mobilitätskonzepte für Mitarbeitende.

* Sie erarbeiten fachliche Entscheidungsgrundlagen (Monitoring, Kennzahlen, Auswertungen) und bearbeiten diese adressatengerecht für Berichte und politische Vorlagen

Sie konzipieren und leiten Informations\- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen wie Workshops, Kampagnen oder Veranstaltungen.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verkehrs\- oder Raumplaner/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Kenntnisse im Mobilitäts\-, Verkehrs\- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement

* Starkes Interesse an Mobilitätsfragen und an der Lenkung des Modal Splits

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung

* Konzeptionelle Stärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Moderationsfähigkeiten

* Selbständige, initiative, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Team\- und Sozialkompetenz

* Sehr gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse, stilsicherer schriftlicher Ausdruck; GIS\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
