Du arbeitest gerne genau und schätzt klare Abläufe? Im Erbschaftsamt der Gemeinde Cham bearbeitest du Erbfälle nach definierten Abläufen und Arbeitsanweisungen. Dabei behältst du Unterlagen und Fristen im Blick und erklärst Angehörigen die nächsten Schritte. In unserem dreiköpfigen Team zählen Sorgfalt, Verlässlichkeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung.

Fachperson Erbschaftsamt ========================

Das machst du bei uns ---------------------

* Du bearbeitest Erbfälle administrativ – nach klaren Vorgaben.

* Du ermittelst die erbberechtigten Personen und erstellst Erbenverzeichnisse.

* Du eröffnest Testamente und Erbverträge nach den vorgesehenen Abläufen.

* Du erstellst Nachlassinventare: Verzeichnisse über das hinterlassene Vermögen und die Schulden.

* Du erklärst Angehörigen den formellen Ablauf und stehst mit Amtsstellen und Behörden in Kontakt.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

* Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufsmatura oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

* Erfahrung mit administrativen Aufgaben im rechtlichen Umfeld, etwa in einer Anwaltskanzlei, einem Notariat, einer Verwaltung oder im Treuhandbereich.

* Kenntnisse im Erbrecht und in der Bearbeitung von Erbfällen sowie eine juristische Weiterbildung sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

* Du bist es gewohnt, selbständig zu arbeiten, und gehst deine Aufgaben präzise, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst an. Dabei fällt es dir leicht, vorgegebene Prozesse und Abläufe zuverlässig einzuhalten.

* Du erklärst Abläufe verständlich und arbeitest gerne im kleinen Team sowie mit dem Notariat zusammen.
