Elf Solothurner Gemeinden des Bezirks Dorneck (Dorneckberg, Solothurner Leimental und Dornach) bilden dieSozialregion Dorneck und verantworten gemeinsam die soziale Versorgung der rund 21-000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner. Operativ sind die sozialen Dienste in die Leitgemeinde Dornach integriert und erbringen Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Sozialhilfe, Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz sowie AHV-Zweigstelle.

Im Fachbereich Sozialhilfe suchen wir per Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgeschlossene Fachperson als

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Abklärung der Bedürftigkeit von Hilfesuchenden
  • Berechnung und Ausrichtung wirtschaftlicher Sozialhilfe gemäss Gesetz, Richtlinien und Kompetenzordnung
  • Klärung von subsidiären Leistungen
  • Unterstützung und Integration von Schutzbedürftigen und Asylsuchenden
  • Förderung der beruflichen und sozialen Integration
  • Beratungen (persönliche Sozialhilfe)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachstellen, Behörden, sozialen Einrichtungen und Organisationen

Dein Profil

  • Fachhochschulabschluss in Sozialarbeit
  • Lösungs- und ressourcenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Hilfesuchenden und Behörden
  • Zahlenflair und rasches Auffassungsvermögen
  • Kenntnisse und Interesse am Sozialhilfe- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Fähigkeit, Sachverhalte schnell und richtig zu erfassen und zu verarbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Fehlerkultur
  • Ergebnisorientiertes, strukturiertes und kostenbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
