Wir bieten zeitgemässen und preiswerten Wohnraum an. Das Zusammenleben, die Mitwirkung der Genossenschafter:innen und vielfältige, gemeinschaftliche Nutzungen sind uns wichtig.

Du bist verantwortlich für ein Dir zugeteiltes Immobilienportfolio und bearbeitest sämtliche Anliegen der administrativen Liegenschaftsbewirtschaftung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vorstandsmitgliedern und den Bauverantwortlichen kümmerst Du dich um die Wiedervermietung und um Aufnahmen von neuen Genossenschafter:innen in die EBG. Du bist die Ansprechperson für die Anliegen der Bewohnerschaft und der Siedlungsvertretung.

Dein Profil:

* KaufmännischeGrundausbildung und technisches/bauliches Verständnis

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Liegenschaftsbewirtschaftung – Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in allen Office\-Programmen \- Kenntnisse in AbaImmo von Vorteil

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude am Kontakt zu Menschen

* Grosses Verhandlungsgeschick

* Teamfähigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit

* Hohes Dienstleistungsverständnis und wertschätzende Kommunikation

Das Aufgabengebiet in unserer Wohngenossenschaft ist vielfältig. Wir bauen für die Zukunft – Anstehende Gebäudesanierungen und damit verbundene Umsiedlungen sowie geplante Neubauprojekte werden uns in den kommenden Jahren beschäftigen. Du bist die vermittelnde zwischen Vorstand, Geschäftsstelle und Bewohnerschaft.

Für diese abwechslungsreiche, sinnstiftende und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit suchen wir aktuell eine jüngere Person mit Entwicklungspotenzial in unser lebendiges und kollegiales Team.
