Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären Kernteams von rund sechs Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Product Management und Research & Development sowie fachliche Steuerung temporär zusammengestellter Projekt- und Entwicklungsteams
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Produkt-und Technologieportfolios der Eisenmann GmbH in enger Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung, Vertrieb, Engineering und weiteren relevanten Unternehmensbereichen
  • Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Produkt-, Technologie- und Geschäftspotenziale in unseren bestehenden Märkten sowie angrenzenden Anwendungsfeldern
  • Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen über Produktdefinition und Entwicklung bis hin zu Markteinführung, Weiterentwicklung und gegebenenfalls Ablösung von Produkten
  • Priorisierung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten und Innovationsvorhaben unter Berücksichtigung von Kundennutzen, technischer Machbarkeit, Entwicklungsaufwand, Wirtschaftlichkeit und strategischer Bedeutung
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcen, Budgets und Zielerreichung der zugeordneten Bereiche

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Verantwortung, idealerweise im Anlagenbau, in der Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik oder einem technisch anspruchsvollen B2B-Umfeld
  • Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil – entscheidend sind Führungspotenzial, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Fachdisziplinen zusammenzuführen
  • Gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Technologie, Markt, Kunde und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie ausgeprägte technische Neugier und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in unterschiedliche technische Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Markt-und Kundenanforderungen zu priorisieren und in konkrete Produktanforderungen und Entwicklungs-Roadmaps zu übersetzen
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftsführung, Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsreisen
