Di cosa ti occuperai

Come Stage Rights Department Assistant, in affiancamento alla tutor aziendale ti occuperai di:

  • supporto al controllo e revisione dei contratti di acquisizione per i titoli stranieri;
  • stesura contratti a forfait (traduttori e illustratori);
  • supporto nella gestione dei rapporti con l’ufficio grafico per richiesta di foto e illustrazioni e con la redazione per richiesta traducibili e utilizzo delle citazioni;
  • invio copie omaggio cartacee e digitali;
  • inserimento contratti a sistema nel database dell’ufficio diritti;
  • supporto nella gestione dei diritti secondari (es. richieste antologiche e scolastiche, bookclub);
  • supporto nella gestione del flusso dei pagamenti.

Il tuo profilo

Ti appassiona il mondo dell’editoria e ti affascina l’idea di lavorare con un prodotto che non è semplicemente un oggetto, ma un veicolo culturale.

In particolare hai:

  • laurea;
  • preferibile master in Editoria;
  • ottime capacità organizzative, di gestione dei tempi e problem solving;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • ottimo utilizzo dei principali tool informatici.
