Hos Ejendomsmæglerfirmaet John Frandsen A/S har vi store ambitioner, og vi ønsker at optimere vores tilstedeværelse yderligere på de digitale medier.

I John Frandsens marketingafdeling vil du komme til at arbejde tæt sammen med teamet, der idag består af fire medarbejdere, og selv sætte nye projekter i søen.

Du skal finde motivation i dit eget drive og initiativ, og det falder dig naturligt at finde kreative løsninger og tænke ud af boksen. Du er god til at bevare overblikket og tackle flere arbejdsopgaver på en gang. Det er vigtigt, at du har sans for planlægning og følger alle projekter til dørs.

Vi søger derfor en medarbejder, som besidder kompetencer inden for:

  • Webudvikling og nytænkning i relation til AI m.v.
  • SEO og AI på højt niveau
  • Google Ads: skabe en sammenhæng mellem de digitale grænseflader
  • Erfaring med Facebook Business Manager
  • Ekspert i TikTok og Instagram
  • Google Analytics: tracke leads, besøgende, trafikkilder etc. samt afkast på vores digitale indsatser

Det er en fordel, at du har et godt kendskab til Adobe-pakken, men dette er ikke et krav.

Dine personlige kompetencer:

  • Du er selv opsøgende på de nyeste tendenser og kigger ud i verden for at blive inspireret
  • Du brænder for digital markedsføring og er drevet af at være med på de nyeste trends
  • Du har en hands on-indstilling og synes, at det er fedt selv at få fingrene ned i det mere nørdede, i det tekniske maskinrum
  • Du er selvstændig, resultatorienteret og tager ansvar og ejerskab for dit område
  • Du har stærke personlige og sociale kompetencer - det er vigtigt fordi du taler med mange kollegaer fra vores 60 afdelinger dagligt
  • Du overholder deadlines.

Arbejdspladsen er placeret i Randers, hvor du vil blive en del af et ungt og dynamisk team.
