Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings.

  • Monitor laboratory results and communicate findings to patients and providers as appropriate.
  • Document and manage patient communications within the electronic medical record.
  • Support quality initiatives, database management, and program-specific reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with community resources and support services to optimize patient outcomes.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
  • Active Indiana RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
  • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Pediatric, hematology/oncology, care coordination, or navigator experience strongly preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with electronic health records and patient education

Why Join Us?

At IU Health, you'll be part of a nationally recognized pediatric program committed to improving outcomes for patients with hematologic disorders while enjoying competitive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
