Butikssäljare med rollen som säljledare – Eko Stormarknad Fjälkinge

Nu söker vi tre butikssäljare med rollen som säljledare. Det här är en unik möjlighet att inte bara driva försäljning – utan att bidra till kultur, arbetssätt och teamkänsla.

Vi söker dig som vill ta ett operativt ansvar för en avdelning i vår butik.

Som säljledare rapporterar du direkt till din säljchef.

Om rollen

Som säljledare arbetar du huvudsakligen som butikssäljare men har ett utökat ansvar avseende dialog och beställningar med leverantörerna på avdelningarna.

Ditt uppdrag innebär bland annat att du:

  • Säkerställa att butikens koncept, rutiner och arbetssätt följs i vardagen
  • Säkerställa kundupplevelsen på avdelningen genom våra ledord, Fullt, Fräscht och Frontat med ett bra värdskap i fokus
  • Driver tempot, struktur och kvalitet i det dagliga arbetet
  • Vara ett stöd till övriga butikssäljare
  • Fånga upp avvikelser och framföra dessa till närmsta chef
  • Arbetar i kassan som en naturlig del i ditt dagliga arbete

Det här söker vi

  • Har minst 5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av detaljhandeln.
  • Är ansvarstagande för helheten-inte enbart din egen avdelning
  • Är tydlig, konsekvent och professionell
  • Agerar som en förebild avseende arbetssätt och hur du förhåller dig till olika situationer
  • Kommunicerar tydligt, skapar förtroende och bygger starka relationer såväl med kunder som leverantörer
  • Innehar truck kort

Tjänsten

  • Arbetstid: Varierande, kvällar och helger ingår
  • Anställningsform: Provanställning 6 månader
  • Sysselsättningsgrad: 38,25 timmar/vecka
  • Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse
