Vi grundades för över 50 år sedan och vi har 2 produktionsanläggningar som ligger i Vellinge, strax söder om Malmö. Vi är drygt 70 personer verksamma med utveckling, tillverkning och försäljning av produkter för brandskydd, komfort- och industriventilation. EKOVENT har även agenturer för kompletterande produkter. Omsättningen uppgår till drygt 170 MSEK och är en del av Lindab-koncernen.

Teamledare Maskin och Underhåll

Rollen

Som Teamledare ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla den dagliga verksamheten inom maskiner, verkstad, underhåll och tekniskt förråd. Rollen innebär att säkerställa hög tillgänglighet på utrustning och maskiner (stansmaskin, kantpress, fräs) driva förbättringsarbete enligt LEAN-principer samt stödja medarbetarna i det dagliga arbetet. Du fungerar som en teamledare med fokus på säkerhet, kvalitet, leverans och kostnadseffektivitet.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet inom teamet ca 11st medarbetare. • Arbeta aktivt med arbetsmiljö-, säkerhets- och kvalitetsfrågor. • Säkerställa att maskiner och utrustning underhålls enligt fastställda rutiner. • Driva och utveckla systematiskt underhåll (FU förberedande underhåll/UFO Underhåll för operatörer). • Ansvara för ordning och struktur enligt 5S och LEAN-principer. • Följa upp nyckeltal och identifiera förbättringsområden. • Säkerställa effektiv förrådshantering och reservdelsförsörjning. • Arbeta med lageroptimering, inventering. • Delta i investerings- och förbättringsprojekt.

Kravprofil • Erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller ledande roll inom industri, verkstad eller underhåll. • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av LEAN eller kontinuerliga förbättringar. • God kunskap om förebyggande och systematiskt underhåll. • Erfarenhet av förrådshantering, reservdelshantering och lagerstyrning. • God teknisk förståelse för maskiner och produktionsutrustning. • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med underhålls- eller affärssystem. • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Meriterande

• Erfarenhet av TPM eller annan underhållsfilosofi. • Erfarenhet av Monitor eller motsvarande ERP-system. • Kunskap om CNC-maskiner, svetsutrustning eller annan verkstadsutrustning. • Teknisk utbildning inom produktion eller underhåll. • Erfarenhet av projektarbete.
