ARBETSUPPGIFTER Till en av Eksjö kommuns gruppbostäder söker vi nu en undersköterska. Som undersköterska på gruppbostad är du en del av ett team och medverkar till att det dagliga arbetet på boendet flyter på. Tillsammans med övriga medarbetare är du med och skapar en positiv och inkluderande miljö för våra brukare.

På boendet lägger vi stor vikt vid aktiviteter som är anpassade efter brukarnas förmåga. Vi värnar om brukarnas delaktighet och medbestämmande samt skapar trygghet i vardagen. På boendet har vi alltid brukarens bästa i fokus och skapar tillsammans en meningsfull dag. Som stödassistent med kompetens som undersköterska utför du omvårdnadsarbete och ger brukaren stöd i den fysiska omvårdnaden. Vi som arbetar på boendet jobbar nära varandra, har en trygg och god stämning på jobbet där vi kompletterar varandra.

Som medarbetare är du kontaktperson och genomför insatser enligt LSS. Du dokumenterar och skapar genomförandeplaner tillsammans med brukare och anhörig/god man.

KVALIFIKATIONER Till tjänsten söker vi dig som har examen som undersköterska och vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av omsorgsarbete inom funktionsstöd eller personlig assistans.

Det är meriterande om du har kännedom om NPF och IF diagnoser eller erfarenhet av liknande.

Vi söker dig som har förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och som kan organisera och planera ditt arbete. Du slutför det som påbörjats och håller deadlines. Som person är du stabil och kan hanteras stress på ett konstruktivt sätt. Du bibehåller ett gott humör vid press och motgångar, uppfattas som en trygg person samtidigt som du står upp för egna åsikter och har mod att säga ifrån. Du har också förmåga att skilja på sak och person.

B-körkort är ett krav.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet:, tillträde: 2027-02-01 Tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse.

Till arbete inom Funktionsstöd krävs registerutdragen "Arbete med barn med funktionsnedsättning" samt "Arbete i hemmet med äldre och personer med funktionsnedsättning."
