Descripción del Puesto:

El Business Intelligence Analyst es responsable de liderar y fortalecer las capacidades de inteligencia denegocios de Grupo BF Holding para sus operaciones de distribución de alimentos (B. Fernández), panadería(Pan Pepín) y hospitalidad (Swiss Chalet) en Puerto Rico y República Dominicana. Desarrolla tableros,informes y análisis para las áreas de Ventas, Mercadeo, Operaciones y Finanzas, colaborando directamentecon el liderato ejecutivo y los equipos funcionales para transformar las necesidades de negocio en información confiable, hallazgos accionables y soluciones que impulsen el desempeño. El puesto requieresólido juicio analítico, dominio técnico, experiencia práctica en inteligencia artificial y capacidad demostradapara implementar soluciones desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta su adopción.

Tareas y responsabilidades laborales esenciales:

Liderar la gestión de Inteligencia de Negocios (BI) a nivel de grupo: Desarrollar y ejecutar una hoja de ruta priorizada para la creación de dashboards, informes y proyectos de análisis para las distintas unidades de negocio.

Realizar análisis integrales de Ventas, Mercadeo, Operaciones y Finanzas: Identificar tendencias, variaciones y oportunidades de mejora que apoyen la toma de decisiones y optimicen el desempeño del negocio.

Colaborar con las áreas del negocio: Comprender sus objetivos, necesidades de toma de decisiones y desafíos, y traducirlos en indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs), dashboards y análisis efectivos.

Desarrollar y mantener dashboards: Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones intuitivas y escalables en Power BI,respaldadas por modelos de datos confiables y definiciones consistentes de métricas e indicadores.

Analizar el desempeño e identificar oportunidades: Evaluar los factores que impulsan los resultados delnegocio, identificar causas raíz y recomendar acciones dirigidas a mejorar el crecimiento, la rentabilidad, el servicio y la eficiencia operacional.

Automatizar informes y aplicar Inteligencia Artificial: Reducir tareas manuales y agilizar los procesos de análisis mediante la aplicación práctica de Inteligencia Artificial, SQL, Python y herramientas de automatización.

Liderar la implementación de soluciones: Gestionar el levantamiento de requerimientos, desarrollo, validación, pruebas, implementación y documentación de las soluciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos y las responsabilidades asignadas.

Asegurar la calidad de los datos: Colaborar con Sistemas, Finanzas y otras áreas funcionales para conciliar información, resolver discrepancias y mantener informes confiables y consistentes.

Impulsar la adopción de las soluciones: Capacitar a los usuarios, recopilar retroalimentación y optimizer continuamente las soluciones para integrar los dashboards en los procesos habituales de análisis y toma de decisiones del negocio.

Experiencia, educación, habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:

Bachillerato en Business Analytics, Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas.

Tres (3) a 5 (cinco) años de experiencia en Business Intelligence o Analytics

Dominio avanzado de Power BI, incluyendo DAX, Power Query y modelado de datos.

Sólidos conocimientos de SQL y experiencia trabajando con conjuntos de datos grandes y complejos provenientes de múltiples fuentes.

Alta capacidad analítica y sólido juicio de negocio, incluyendo la habilidad para explicar los factores que impactan el desempeño y convertir los hallazgos en recomendaciones accionables.

Experiencia práctica en Inteligencia Artificial, demostrada mediante el uso de herramientas analíticas, automatización de informes u otras soluciones implementadas para atender necesidades del negocio.

Experiencia comprobada en la implementación de proyectos de principio a fin, desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta la puesta en marcha, capacitación de usuarios y adopción de las soluciones.

Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y colaboración, con capacidad para trabajar efectivamente con líderes ejecutivos, equipos técnicos y usuarios de las distintas áreas del negocio.

Capacidad para establecer prioridades y manejar múltiples proyectos de manera independiente, atendiendo necesidades simultáneas del negocio.

Dominio en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI).

Completamente Bilingüe en español e inglés.
