El proyecto que te espera.

Realizar as tarefas básicas do serviço de cafetaria ou restaurante, sob a supervisão do/a Coordenador/a, apoiando a preparação, o serviço de sala e o atendimento ao cliente, de forma a assegurar a agilidade do serviço em conformidade com os parâmetros definidos pela Direção de Hotelaria.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Aplicar as normas de higiene, conservação e manipulação de alimentos, bem como preencher os registos da sua responsabilidade, de forma a garantir o cumprimento do sistema de autocontrolo APPCC (Análise de Perigos e Controlo de Pontos Críticos).

Realizar a preparação básica de alimentos e bebidas, seguindo as orientações da equipa de cozinha e do serviço de bar, de forma a garantir que os produtos ficam prontos dentro dos tempos exigidos pelo serviço.

Repor os produtos e materiais do ponto de venda e comunicar as necessidades identificadas, de forma a evitar ruturas de stock durante o serviço.

Realizar a montagem, o serviço e a recolha das mesas, bem como a reposição do balcão durante a jornada de trabalho, de forma a assegurar o ritmo do serviço nos períodos de maior afluência.

Limpar e manter a organização das mesas, balcões e áreas de preparação, de acordo com o plano de limpeza estabelecido, de forma a preservar as condições de higiene e segurança alimentar do espaço.

Atender o cliente nas solicitações simples e encaminhar para o responsável as questões e reclamações que ultrapassem o seu âmbito de atuação, de forma a assegurar uma resposta célere sem comprometer os padrões de qualidade do serviço.
