Seit 1973 ist ditec Dichtungstechnik GmbH als führender Hersteller von Gummi- und Gewebekompensatoren international am Markt bekannt. Unsere individuell auf die Bedingungen in der Anlage des Kunden ausgelegten Produkte werden an unserem Standort in Kitzingen mit einem Team von ca. 80 Mitarbeitern hergestellt und weltweit vertrieben. Seit 2023 gehören wir der ELAFLEX HIBY Gruppe an und erweitern die Produktpalette mit unseren Groß-Gummikompensatoren und Gummiformteilen. Zur Verstärkung unserer unsere Abteilung Formenbau / Versand suchen wir am Standort Kitzingen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Tischler / Schreiner (m/w/d).

Es erwarten Sie folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Holzbearbeitung auf hohem Niveau – von Rohmaterial bis fertigen Bauteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und Handwerkzeugen
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Vorgaben
  • Präzise Fertigung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Optional: Bedienung von CNC-gesteuerten Holzverarbeitungszentren
  • Selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten

Profil

Sie passen ideal zu uns, wenn Sie folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen und persönliche Fähigkeiten mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schreiner (m/w/d), Tischler (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Holzbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Formenbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Erfahrung mit CNC-Steuerung wünschenswert aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Präzise, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
