Laboratory Specialist QC Mikrobiologie 65% ==============================================

Hintergrund: Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in: verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Biowissenschaften (z. B. Biotechnologie, Mikrobiologie oder Bioingenieurwesen) sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie innerhalb eines GMP-regulierten Umfelds. Er bringt fundierte Kenntnisse pharmazeutischer Qualitätssysteme mit, handelt konsequent qualitäts- und complianceorientiert und überzeugt durch strategisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Ergebnisse zuverlässig zu erzielen. Durch seine strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse baut er vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und trägt aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung bei.

Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Initiieren und Bearbeiten von Abweichungsberichten (DRs) und Assessements inkl. Rücksprache mit betroffenen Schnittstellen und der QA
  • Betreuung des End-to-End Prozesses von der Auslösung der Deviation nach deren Feststellung über RCA und 5-Why bis zur Verhinderung der weiteren Auftretung durch Implementierung notwendiger Korrektiv-/Abhilfemassnahmen (CAPA)
  • Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation von Change Requests von Prozessen und Methoden innerhalb der Unit
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Prüfvorschriften, SOPs und anderen GMP-Dokumenten
  • Fachgerechte Ausführung von Spezialaufträgen sowie von allgemeinen Labor- und Servicearbeiten gemäss Anweisungen des Planning and Coordination Leader (PCL) oder Unit Leads und deren Dokumentation gemäss den aktuellen Richtlinien der guten Herstellungspraxis (cGMP)
  • Gewährleistung einer kompetenten, leistungsfähigen und GMP-konformen Analytik durch Beachtung aller relevanten Guidelines, SOPs, sowie behördlichen und registrierungsrelevanten Anforderungen
  • Planung, Koordination und Mitarbeit bei gruppenübergreifenden Projekten innerhalb der QC und mit den produzierenden Kunden
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Feiertagen (punktuell)

Must Haves:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im im Bereich der Biowissenschaften z.B als Biotechnologie; Mikrobiologie; Bioingenieur oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Vorzugsweise 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und in einem GMP-geregelten Umfeld oder vergleichbar (z.B als Mikrobiologe; QA Assistant)
  • Fachwissen über pharmazeutische Qualitätssysteme und -standards
  • Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung, Entschlossenheit und Erreichen der erwarteten Ergebnisse
  • Aufbau vertrauensvoller und erfolgreicher Beziehungen
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und Umsetzung von Strategien in umsetzbare Pläne
  • Teamorientierte Denkweise mit Blick auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und die Fähigkeit, konstante Leistungen zu erbringen

Nice to Haves:

  • Ausbildung/Erfahrung in Mikrobiologie und/oder Sterilitätssicherung
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Qualität und Compliance und entsprechendes Handeln
